Do I need to be present to sign for my wine delivery?

Yes, federal law requires that someone 21 years of age or older must be present to sign for any package containing alcohol. We recommend shipping to a business address if you are not home during the day.

If you don't love a bottle you receive from us, simply reach out to our customer service team. We will provide a credit for the bottle so you can find something that better suits your palate.
